Incline Village

As the name implies, Incline Village is a hilly enclave situated on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, just across the Nevada border. Incline Village, and neighboring Crystal Bay, have long been considered among the most prestigious addresses around Lake Tahoe. Home to a dense concentration of high-networth individuals, Incline Village provides a wealth of amenities to its residents.

Managed by the Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID), a quasi-public agency that handles water, trash, sewage, and recreation services for the community, Incline Village has a relaxed atmosphere that gives its residents easy access to the benefits of lake life. 

A stroll along Lakeshore Boulevard is a favorite past-time in all seasons. IVGID card-carrying residents have unlimited access to the three private beaches which include a boat launch, volleyball courts, and BBQ pits, playground as well as an outdoor swimming pool and snack stands. 

Within town boundaries are two golf courses; the Champion Course and Mountain Course, and numerous event venues. The family-friendly Diamond Peak Ski Resort is also maintained by IVGID, and offers residents reduced prices on season passes and lift tickets. Other popular recreation facilities include tennis courts, a disc golf course, skatepark, bikepark, and walking trails. 

Home styles range from modern to elegantly rustic, and include a mix of older homes and brand new construction.

Incline Village and Crystal Bay have a large number of desirable lakefront properties as well.
