Jennifer Grant relocated from Vermont to the Lake Tahoe Area in 2001 to attend Sierra Nevada College. After graduating in 2004, she began her career in the Real Estate industry at First Centennial Title Company in Incline Village, NV as the receptionist and marketing assistant. From there, she became a full-time Real Estate assistant to a busy and successful agent in the Truckee-Tahoe area. After identifying a need for transaction coordination services for agents that could not hire a full-time assistant, she started her own business as a freelance escrow coordinator working with several area agents from many different brokerages.

Jennifer obtained her California RE License in 2016 and in 2021, then joined Team Blair Tahoe to provide a unique and high level of escrow management service to the Team. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys boating, hunting for natural hot springs, going to the beach and spending time with her dog, Nova Louise.
