Founding Partners and Brokers, Jamison and Nicole Blair, Esq. were deliberate in the way they assembled Team Blair Tahoe. This team isn’t about Jamison and Nicole — but that is where it all begins.

Jamie is a second generation real estate professional. He grew up in the mountains and along the shores of Lake Tahoe, which gives him a local’s deep passion for, and knowledge of, the area. A natural pro on the slopes, Jamie spent 10 years on the Squaw Valley Ski Team, where he was a five-time Far West Junior Olympian. He graduated to big mountain free skiing, becoming a mainstay on the World Tour. During his skiing career, he competed on the world's best mountains, earning numerous accolades from national publications.

Nicole exemplifies ambition and professionalism - excelling in multiple careers, from education to law to proptech entrepreneur. In addition to her role as Broker for both offices, Team Blair Tahoe and Team Blair Reno, Nicole is also the team’s in-house legal counsel. She maintains a steadfast commitment to Team Blair clients, ensuring details are never missed and that deals get done.

Over the past 30 years, Jamie and Nicole helped build the family-owned Tahoe Real Estate Group into the region’s most productive independent brokerage. In 2018, their reputation brought them to the attention of Compass, the nation’s fastest-growing, most tech-savvy real estate company. After joining Compass as the flagship Tahoe office, expansion to include all the regional markets seemed a next logical step. Today, they have built a team that leads the Lake Tahoe, Truckee and Reno markets in home sales and client satisfaction.
